BATHROOM: Reorganising the details

In my ideal world every inside of a cupboard would be as organised as the outside.  It was high time yesterday to make this a reality with our bathroom cupboard, an Edwardian wash stand which I’d picked up at the Ampthill Antiques Emporium a few years ago,  which we’d been shoving toiletries into in our day to day lives for months to the point where the door would no longer close properly.  There was no system in place and whilst working full time I was struggling to find the energy to sort it out, you know what it’s like I’m sure.  Anyway day off means time to tackle such things and I’m so pleased with the result :).  See photos below…

These are all just simple cost effective ways of organising: old shoe boxes, a hamper basket I got as a gift, large tupperwear bought from a supermarket,  jam jars (of course, they have uses everywhere!)  and hand written labels just make everything lovely and neat,  accessible and organised.  Everything has its place.  Happy Monday 🙂
